MEET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER
Mum to one, fan of the outdoors, big feelings girl and someone who genuinely loves documenting people’s lives. If you want warmth, laughter and a photographer who’s good with kids and even better at putting people at ease, that’s me.
Hey, I'm Phoebe

how it all began
I first picked up a camera when I fell pregnant. I wanted to hold onto the little moments as I became a new mum.
Later on, when life hit a hard chapter, taking photos became my escape, and it ended up becoming the thing that brings me back to myself every time. It’s taken me from hobbyist to full-time photographer, and I’m so grateful I get to call this my job.
I’m drawn to real life. Real families, real stories, real moments. I love the energy of kids, the sweetness of newborn days, the madness of family dinners, the joy of being engaged, and the beautiful mess of weddings. I don’t force anything. I just show up, read the room, and make everyone feel comfortable enough to settle in.

" Right where I am standing is where I'm supposed to be Hallelujah I get to be me"

why my clients choose me
People usually tell me the same thing after their session, which is some version of “oh thank goodness that wasn’t awkward”. I take that as a win. I’m a mum, I’ve lived a lot of life, and I’m pretty unshockable at this point, so you get someone who can settle into your world quickly and make it feel easy.
Before photography, I spent eight years as a preschool educator, which basically means I’ve seen every kid mood under the sun. The shy ones, the wild ones, the ones who need a snack before they can function. I read kids fast and work with whatever they bring, which usually helps parents breathe a little easier too.
I’ve also been through my own whirlwind of pregnancy, birth and newborn life, so I genuinely get those seasons. If you want someone who’s walked that road and can hold space for whatever comes up, I’m your girl.
I’ll listen to the good stories and the hard ones.
And look, I don’t love being in front of the camera either, which is why I keep sessions moving and relaxed. You won’t be standing there wondering what to do with your hands. We talk, we walk, we let the kids lead a bit, and suddenly you’re actually having a good time instead of trying to pose like a statue.
Weddings and elopements have their own kind of magic and I love being in the middle of it. I pay attention to the stuff people forget happened until they see it in a photo. The quiet moments, the funny bits, the family dynamics that make the day feel like yours.

At the end of the day, I care a lot about the people in front of my camera. I want you to feel looked after, relaxed and genuinely excited to see your photos later.
If that sounds like what you want, then we’ll get along really well.

I want your photos to feel like real life.
saving this one for future you
Not perfect, not posed, not something you had to perform for. I believe every season deserves to be remembered, even the everyday ones. Those are the stories that get passed down, and I love being the person who helps you hold onto them.
If you think we'd be a good fit...
